CATERPILLAR LINE (CAT) - ASSEMBLY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Assemble, produce and test quality parts 
• Set up jobs, including but not limited to, getting materials and parts, positioning work area, and setting parameters as needed to perform tasks.
• Perform repetitive tasks to assemble parts, including but not limited to, connecting parts, loading and unloading equipment, attaching labels, and packing parts.
• Operate and visually monitor basic equipment to assemble parts along with verifying tolerances and product specifications.  
• Comply with all work instructions, safety policies, and standards of conduct.
• Performs other duties as assigned including assisting co-workers as needed and working in other departments depending on production demands.

 QUALIFICATIONS  

• Prior manufacturing assembly experience preferred. 
• Ability to lift 50 pounds (main line)
• Ability to lift 15 pounds (sub assembly lines)
• Ability to stand for 10 consecutive hours
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools, such as impact wrenches, impact drivers, and similar equipment.
• Ability to use hands and fingers with precision and coordination to perform skillful movement
• Physical ability to perform lifting, twisting, and repetitive motion as required.
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be US Person
