Job Overview:

Retail Sales Associates interact with new and returning customers in person and via phone to create valuable relationships. With a variety of support and resources, you have every opportunity to create your own success!

Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Learn and maintain product knowledge criteria set by the manufacturer
• Proactively engage with customers who visit the dealership to understand needs and determine which vehicle best meets their needs.
• Utilize variety of resources to make customer appointments
• Demonstrate and test drive vehicles in a safe and informative manner
• Communicate effectively via phone
• Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with others

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Commitment to meet the company’s production and quality standards.
• Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, standing , stretching, kneeling and reaching on a regular basis

This position may require evening shifts, weekends and holidays as we are open 363 days per year.

Salary : $68,000 - $200,000
