Seeking Adult / Family Nurse Practitioner with Multi-specialty Group in Riverside CA (Spanish Speaking Preferred)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established outpatient practice at Riverside Medical Clinic in Riverside CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong administrative support and a focus on preventative care and chronic disease management. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions.

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule / Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (36 clinical hours per week)
- Call: Telephonic N/A
- Patient Volume: 18 – 22 patients daily
- Location: Riverside CA (Brockton clinic location)
- Practice Setting: Multi-specialty
- Support / Care Team: Dedicated MA or LVN Support
- EMR / Technology: EPIC
Responsibilities
- Provide Outpatient Primary Care services to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
- Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
- Document care using EPIC EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120k – 150k annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible)

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from and accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified as an Adult-Gerontology or Family Nurse Practitioner
- Bilingual Spanish / English preferre
- Active or eligible California license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
