What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance position at Riverside Manor Apartments?
Searching for a part to full time person to perform routine maintenance tasks at apartment complex. Scope of work includes painting, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical and HVAC repairs, and general apartment and grounds upkeep. Lifting is required. Job includes physical labor and working in all weather elements. On-call rotation is required. Maintenance experience is helpful. Freon license is a major plus. Experience can affect wages. Job is located in Louisville TN but will occasionally be needed at our other property in Maryville TN.
