Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide outstanding service to keep them coming back
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive displays
- Use iPads and ladders to manage inventory and keep the store shelves looking full and neat
- Conduct inventory control activities including stock counts and documenting discrepensies for management
- Support our truck processes by unloading shipments and stocking the shelves
- Handle cashiering duties accurately while maintaining excellent communication skills with customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, storage areas, and bathroom to ensure a safe and inviting environment
- Collaborate with team members of different backgrounds to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; liquor sales experience is a plus
- Ability to operate iPads and perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs safely
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing, stock levels, and sales transactions
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and maintenance tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting confidently
- A willingness to work and have a proactive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence and teamwork

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
