We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Barback/Busser to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our bar and dining areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the venue
- Assist with dishwashing and glass polishing as needed
- Refill water, assist servers, and support overall guest service
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant preferred (but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy items (kegs, cases, etc.)
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
