Industrial Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift (4-Day Workweek)

About the Role
We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering and Support team in Lewiston. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment and systems used in our manufacturing operations.
This position focuses heavily on preventative maintenance and process improvement, helping ensure optimal equipment performance and production flow.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Support facility maintenance and assist with process improvements
- Move and lift objects up to 50 pounds as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work collaboratively across departments to support production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Preferred background in electro-mechanical systems or industrial maintenance
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends when necessary
- Ability to wear a respirator and maintain requirements for fit testing
- Military experience in electronics, mechanical repair, or facility maintenance a plus
