1st Shift: Mondays-Thursdays 5:00am-3:00pm

2nd Shift: Mondays-Thursdays 3:00pm-1:00am

The Team:
This is a team of Electronic Technicians that directly supports Production and works with Manufacturing Engineering and Test Engineering.
The Role:
This position interfaces directly with Manufacturing Engineer and Test Engineer to maintain the test process for fabrication of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. This position troubleshoots tested assemblies to support customer assembly specifications and production deliveries.
Responsibilities:

Performs maintenance and repair of test and burn-in equipment

Performs debug and test assemblies to component level utilizing block diagrams and schematics
-
Creates and updates of test procedures

Communicates directly with customers
-
Interacts on internal customer support teams

Use and create work instructions and manufacturing instructions

Use equipment manuals to troubleshoot and resolves system equipment issues
-
Troubleshoots operator problems successfully, works with leadership on training and process improvements

Communicates problems to Test Engineer and/or leaders
-
Assists in performing failure analysis and root cause analysis
-
Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas

Participates in continuous improvement activities

Complies and follows all company safety policies and procedures

Operates test equipment when production is short-staffed
-
Is a mentor for production test operators by providing training and ongoing support

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications include but not limited to:
-
Experience in circuit board assembly preferred
-
2-year electronics degree, or equivalent experience
-
Knowledge and understanding of automated tests
-
Knowledge of using diagnostic tools such as Oscilloscopes, DMM’s, Counters, etc.

Knowledge of IPC-A-610 a plus

Working knowledge of productivity tools, examples may include Microsoft Office and quality management software

Ability to use hand/power tools

The ability to work extended hours and weekends on a rotating schedule if needed
Travel:

This position may travel between the RiverSide Lewiston and Winona facilities

Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required
