About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the Night shift (7p–7a). The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional care, thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician directives
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

- Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma (in good standing)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and time management skills
