Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-specialty dental practice. Our office provides comprehensive care with a general dentist, an oral surgeon, and an endodontist. The Office Manager will ensure smooth clinical and administrative workflows, foster a professional and welcoming environment for patients, and support the success of the dental team.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Management
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.
- Manage the provider schedules (general dentist, oral surgeon, endodontist) to optimize chair time and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate referrals and specialty appointments within the office.
- Implement office policies, systems, and procedures to improve productivity.
Financial & Business Management
- Oversee billing, collections, insurance verification, and claims submission.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Track office performance metrics, including production, collections, and case acceptance.
- Work with ownership to develop growth strategies and achieve revenue goals.
Patient Experience & Communication
- Maintain a high standard of patient care by fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
- Ensure patient scheduling maximizes efficiency and minimizes wait times.
- Support case presentation and financial arrangements with patients.
Staff Leadership & Development
- Supervise, train, and mentor front desk and administrative staff.
- Coordinate with clinical team to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth.
- Lead team meetings and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
