Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the driving force behind menu creation, food quality, and kitchen operations, you will inspire your team to achieve excellence in every plate served. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service quality for both dine-in and catering events
  • Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency with brand standards
  • Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Supervise and mentor culinary staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
  • Coordinate banquet and special event catering efforts, ensuring timely execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Implement shift management strategies to optimize productivity, staffing levels, and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of food costs, inventory levels, and operational procedures to support continuous improvement

Experience

  • Proven culinary leadership experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings with a strong background in restaurant management
  • Extensive banquet experience with a track record of successful large-scale event execution
  • Supervising experience managing diverse culinary teams in fast-paced environments
  • In-depth knowledge of dietary requirements and food handling safety standards
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management techniques
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and cost control measures
  • Hands-on cooking skills complemented by experience in food service management and catering operations
