We are in the heart of the Inland Empire and house the largest Emergency Room and Level I Trauma Center in the region and are one of Riverside County's only STEMI (heart attack) receiving centers. - You will communicate with physicians about changes in patients’ clinical condition
- You will respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
- You will act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure
- You will perform general nursing duties in all Maternal Child Health departments with adequate supervision
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts
- You will participate in performance improvement activities
- You will act as the patient’s advocate, as circumstances require
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- A minimum of 1 year of acute care experience, prefer previous experience in Labor & Delivery
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Current NRP required
- National RN certification preferred
