2. Minimum three (3) years of post-secondary level teaching experience or five (5) years equivalent corporate training experience required.
The ideal candidate will exhibit teaching competence in one the following areas of specialization in the field of Business Administration, to include supervision, ethics, and fundamentals of business administration. Experience with assessment of student learning outcomes is highly desired. Strong commitment to maintaining currency in the field is required, including updating of curriculum. A commitment to outreach and participation in campus related business administration events is required, as well as business administration club activities. Interest in assisting students through the Norco College guided pathways is desirable.
