Program Director - Family Networks
Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as the Program Director for our amazing Family Networks program!
The Program Director of Family Networks oversees the daily operations of the Lead Agency program for the Burlington DCF service area. Partnering with DCF, the Program Director works closely with members of the Family Networks team to direct and manage a comprehensive array of family-based services for children and their families.
The Program Director will oversee the following members of this amazing team: Service Coordinators, Education Coordinator and Data Coordinator.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Required Skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and available, dependable transportation
- Able to establish a rapport with a diverse group co-workers, handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work independently
- Master’s in Social Work or other mental health discipline preferred. Bachelor’s degree required
- Five or more years related experience in Social Services or Behavioral Health
- Experience with home-based or Wraparound or care coordination models with youth and families is preferred
- Understanding of the child welfare system and experience working with families involved with DCF
- One or more years of supervisory experience with some program management skills including financial and contract management
