Seeking Administrative Assistant for our Newton Outpatient Center
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:
- Opening and closing the office
- Answering phones and making appointment reminder calls
- Greeting consumers, collecting co-payments
- Entering billing and other data into the electronic health record
- General administrative duties including managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, supplies
Schedule: Part Time, 20 hours
- Saturday 9am to 1pm shift required

Required Skills
- Successful candidates must be highly organized, detail oriented, reliable, responsible and friendly
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) required
- Previous experience in a mental health or social services setting is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience required
