Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO for an Assistant Preschool Director. The Assistant Preschool Director will assist in the daily operations of the preschool, which includes overseeing curriculum implementation, supporting teachers and staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with early childhood education standards. The role also involves fostering a nurturing and empowering environment for both students and staff, ensuring alignment with the values and mission of Riverside Church Family.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Early Childhood Education
- Knowledge of Kindergarten and preschool-level education practices
- Experience with Budgeting and resource management
- Ability to lead and support a team effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with state and local regulations for early childhood education
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership or administrative role within an educational setting is a plus
- Genuine passion for working with children and fostering a positive, faith-oriented learning environment
