Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with client account audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of records
- Perform ongoing client account maintenance, including updates, documentation, and data entry
- Provide high-quality client service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Support financial advisors with administrative and operational tasks
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and client experience
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
