Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive manicure training sessions, including practical demonstrations and theoretical instruction on nail care techniques and aesthetic treatments
- Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate current industry trends, safety standards, and best practices in skincare and nail services
- Supervise students during hands-on practice to ensure proper technique, safety protocols, and hygiene standards are maintained
- Mentor students by providing constructive feedback, guidance on professional development, and support in mastering advanced manicure procedures
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail artistry, skincare, hair styling, and other aesthetic treatments to enrich curriculum content
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and confidence
- Support students’ progress through assessments, evaluations, and personalized coaching to prepare them for industry certification or employment
Skills
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care and manicure techniques
- Ability to teach adult learners effectively through lesson planning and classroom experience
- Excellent mentoring skills with a focus on student supervision and professional growth
- Familiarity with anatomy related to skin and nails as well as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage techniques
- Exceptional communication skills combined with a passion for inspiring others in the beauty field
