Compensation:

• Base Pay: $400 per week

• Commission: 5% of sales brought in

Position Summary:

Riverside Automation, a leading provider of industrial automation and electrical control solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial automation and electrical control industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or electrical controls.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and electrical control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
