- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and cleaning up after children.
- Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed.
- Engage children in educational and interactive play to promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in caregiving, childcare, nannying, or working with children in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Ability to manage behavior and implement positive discipline techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
