What You’ll Do
- Assist our dentists chairside during a variety of procedures, including restorative, surgical, and cosmetic treatments.
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and sterilization areas.
- Perform expanded duties allowed under your CDA II certification (taking impressions, placing sealants, applying fluoride, polishing teeth, taking digital radiographs, placing temporary restorations).
- Support patients by explaining procedures, providing post-op instructions, and ensuring comfort throughout each visit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide efficient, compassionate care.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Dental Assistant II (CDA II) credential (North Carolina certification required).
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program.
- 1–2 years of chairside dental experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency with digital X-rays and dental software (OpenDental or similar).
- Passion for patient care and a positive, can-do mindset.

Schedule
Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Lunch 12–1)
No evenings or weekends.
