About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates, early-career technicians, or individuals looking to start a hands-on career in electrical service and support. You will work directly with customers to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and systems at various job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain electrical equipment and components.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on customer systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repairs or adjustments.
• Provide on-site technical support and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.
• Complete detailed service reports and ensure proper documentation of tasks.
• Follow safety protocols, company standards, and industry regulations at all times.
• Travel to customer locations as required (company vehicle provided). Travel: up to 50%-75%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, technical school certificate or associate degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals (training provided).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn, travel, and work in the field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
