What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A Heavy Wrecker Operator position at Rivers Edge Truck and Trailer Service LLC?
** $3000.00 SIGN ON BONUS ** - Seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual to run and operate a heavy-duty wrecker / tow truck who has integrity and excellent customer service abilities and can work in any weather condition. MUST HAVE WRECKER/TOW EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities:
- Day to Day operations will include winch outs and towing throughout the region
- Safely operate industrial trucks or tractors
- Inspect trucks before and after use
- Communicate need for maintenance or repair
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Monday-Friday - Must be able to work after hours as necessary, including on-call after hours as needed
Qualifications:
- Class A CDL is required
- Mechanical Experience a BIG plus
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must Pass DOT physical, pre-employment and random drug screens as well as a criminal background check
