We’re looking for a talented PTA to join our dynamic therapy team in Prospect, Kentucky in delivering outstanding rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
- Implement treatment plans developed by our Physical Therapists and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle physical aspects of patient care.
