About the Role:
As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your duties will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assisting with vital signs, toileting, and feeding residents
Delivering compassionate and respectful care to all residents, regardless of background or need
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Requirements:
1 of experience as an LPN/LVN
Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
