Gutter Cleaning Technician

Duties

• Safely operate ladders access systems to access gutters at various heights
• Remove leaves, twigs, dirt, and other debris from gutters and downspouts efficiently and thoroughly
• Inspect gutter systems for damage or blockages and report findings to clients or supervisors
• Use pressure washers designed for outdoor cleaning to clear stubborn debris or buildup when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about work performed and addressing client questions professionally

Requirements

• Must have a truck/SUV that can hold a ladder
• Proven experience with outdoor cleaning tasks including gutter or window cleaning; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and high-rise building maintenance
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues within gutter systems
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
