Player Services Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervision of slot operations
• Provides excellent guest service and player development through personal interaction and relationship marketing.
• Issue point rewards and comps to patrons.
• Ensures that all employees are providing optimum service to all guests at all times.
• Ensures the technical proficiency of all employees through development and effective training.
• Provides direction, guidance and supervision to all employees assigned to their positions.
• Creates an atmosphere which is conducive to a quality work life for all employees, mediates and solves problems of employees.
• Participates and signs hand paid jackpots.
• Prepare daily reports.
• Issues new and replacement player’s club cards to patrons.
• Issues complimentaries to the casino outlets and redeems marketing vouchers based on tracked play and internal comping guidelines. (No redemption for cash, only merchandise)
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino – Des Plaines ICS.
• Responsible for supervising Player Services Lead Agents, and Player Services Agents.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Two (2) to three (3) years supervisory experience , preferably in gaming or hospitality
• Comfort with repetitive transactions
• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting
