Essential Job Functions:
- Manages currency and ticket drops and count process.
- Manages count room operations by ensuring staff verifies calculations and reconciles summary reports.
- Ensures compliance with gaming regulations related to the count room.
- Immediately reports any irregularities, completes required accounting paperwork.
- Ensures equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
- Ensures compliance with all other regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
- Trains and supervises staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Three or more years count room experience with a minimum of 2 years’ management experience required.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a confined space without the ability to enter or exit freely.
- Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor under working conditions that require supervised confinement in a secured workspace.
