Supervisory Responsibilities
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur.
- Provides constant rounds for gaming guests.
- Prepares drinks for guests and cocktail servers.
- Remains up to date on drinks and garnishes.
- Operates the Micros system, ringing up all drinks, accepting payments, and issuing proper change.
- Assists in training bar attendants.
- Knows all garnishes, glassware, and ingredients for drinks.
- Keeps work area clean.
- Assists fellow team members in their duties as well as always maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Ensures thorough communication between shifts.
- Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures.
- Understands that schedules are subject to change.
- Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Performs all other duties specified or assigned.
- Must be at least 21 Years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience required.
- Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I. D. badge, and skid resistant shoes.
- Reports to work on time, signs and swipes in properly.
- Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
- Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
- Possesses ability to work under pressure.
- Prior experience is preferred as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment.
- Must also possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Adheres to the Cut -Off Procedure and ensures all documentation is completed and turned into Guest Safety, Beverage Manager, and the Director.
- Must be able to understand Material Safety Data Sheets as required for the position.
- Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
- Ability to be a TEAM player
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
- Prolonged periods of standing on feet and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
- Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust.
