Environment: On-site, residential
Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday 8 – 5, but you manage staff who work evenings, weekends, and Holidays, you will manage those and potentially need to fill on sometimes.

You’ll be responsible for creating an environment where residents can heal, grow, and reclaim independence — while ensuring the home runs smoothly, safely, and in alignment with Riverquest’s mission.

What You’ll Actually Do
· Lead the home – Set the tone, structure, and expectations for the entire residence
· Support residents – Build trust, offer emotional support, and help residents strengthen life skills and independence
· Ensure safety & compliance – Oversee all health, safety, and emergency protocols with zero compromise
· Supervise staff – Direct, coach, and hold team members accountable to a high standard of care
· Manage operations – Oversee daily functioning including meals, scheduling, cleanliness, maintenance, and supply needs
· Handle conflict – De-escalate situations with clarity, calm, and strong judgement
· Manage documentation – Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and communication with leadership and external partners
· Support transitions – Welcome new residents and guide them through a successful adjustment into the home
· Build community – Organize activities, routines, and traditions that reinforce belonging and stability
· Advocate fiercely – Stand up for your residents’ rights, needs, and dignity at all times

What You Bring
· Experience in group homes, residential care, supported housing, or similar environments
· Leadership or supervisory experience (strongly preferred)

· Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
· Crisis intervention and conflict resolution abilities
· Basic computer skills (documentation, scheduling, communication)
· Valid driver’s license (preferred)
