```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and meeting guest preferences.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

```Experience```

- Previous experience in hotel & hospitality industry is preferred but not necessary. Starting pay is higher for previous night audit experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, report generation, and communication purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to handle financial transactions will contribute to our guests' positive experience. Please note that this is a night shift position from 11pm-7am. The ability to work during overnight hours is required. We typically split the two audit positions into 5 nights per week and 2 nights per week. It would also be possible to have two part time auditors and split into 4 nights per week and 3 nights per week, depending on the applicants we get.
