Position Overview:
- Perform restorative and rehabilitation care such as ambulation and range of motion exercises based on individual care plans.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities of daily living (ADLs) to maintain or improve independence.
- Document resident participation and progress in accordance with facility policy and state regulations.
- Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to ensure restorative services meet each resident’s needs.
- Recommend adjustments to residents’ restorative care as needed.
- Practice proper body mechanics and assist with safe positioning, transfers, and mobility support.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Valid CNA Certificate.
- Valid RNA Certificate.
- National Provider BLS or CPR - American Heart Association upon hire
