RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer medication and monitor patient responses

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement individualized care plans

• Assess and document residents' health status regularly

• Provide guidance and support to Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed Vocational Nurses

• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies
  Collaborate with physicians to ensure proper coordination of care

• Educate residents and their families on healthcare needs and provide emotional support

  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• A valid and active California license as a Registered Nurse is required

• Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association

• Must have an active CPR Certification

• Is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards is required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Interest in working with the geriatric population

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

• Proficient in medical documentation and record-keeping

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

EXPERIENCE:

• New Graduate or Newly Passer are Welcome

• Experienced Registered Nurse (RN)
