Part-Time Home Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant

Riverlea Care Solutions provides compassionate, dependable non-medical home care services to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes.
We are seeking a reliable and caring caregiver to support a client in the Holyoke area.
Responsibilities
- Assist the client with bathing and personal hygiene, as needed.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing and linens.
- Provide light housekeeping, including cleaning agreed-upon areas of the home.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Respect the client's privacy, dignity, independence, and personal preferences.
- Observe and promptly report any concerns regarding the client's safety or well-being.
- Follow the agreed care plan and Riverlea Care Solutions' policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, personal care, or home care experience preferred.
- Experience assisting clients with bathing and personal hygiene preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Willingness to complete any training or certification required for the position.
- Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and dependable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Reliable transportation to and from the client's home.
- Willingness to complete required background screening and onboarding.
- Availability to work a consistent schedule, including weekends.
Schedule and Compensation
- Part-time position with approximately 14–21 hours per week, depending on the agreed schedule.
- Daily morning shifts of approximately 2–3 hours.
- Seven-day-per-week coverage, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Pay of $22–$24 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Specific working hours and start date to be agreed upon.
