We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to keep our office running smoothly and our field crews supported.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily work orders and track jobs from start to finish
- Keep the team organized and accountable using our current systems
- File and track permits
- Coordinate daily with field crews and operations on scheduling, job status, and invoicing
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors as needed
- Help identify and fix bottlenecks before they slow jobs down
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized — you keep track of details without being reminded
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Persistent — you follow up until things get done
- Tech savvy — comfortable learning new software and working across multiple systems
- Independent — you take ownership and don't need to be micromanaged
- Construction or trades experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
