What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Maintenance Handyman (+ Community Assistant) position at Riverland Park of West Monroe?
We are seeking a reliable, honest, and hardworking individual or couple team to manage onsite maintenance and provide community assistance for our 33-space mobile home community in West Monroe.
As new owners, we are dedicated to revitalizing the property, upgrading resident safety and security, and enhancing the overall quality of life for the residents. We hope to find someone with that same vision and determination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and beautify community grounds and common areas
- Perform routine home repairs and general property maintenance
- Assist with weekly community tasks and the occasional resident need.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
- Proven skills in general maintenance, landscaping, and handyman repairs
- Pride in keeping the community safe, clean, and welcoming
Compensation & Perks:
- Weekly Pay (1099 Independent Contractor status)- parttime hours with on call status
