Role Description The Program Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in one of our Memphis, TN or Olive Branch facilities, responsible for overseeing logistics programs from planning through execution. This role coordinates cross-functional activities to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer and operational requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring program performance, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and preparing reports for leadership and stakeholders. The Program Lead works closely with internal teams and customers to address issues, manage expectations, and maintain high service standards. The role also involves developing and delivering training for team members, supporting process improvements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
