Your ability to lead, strategize, and optimize operations will contribute to the growth and profitability of the company while maintaining excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Job Duties

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Work with the board upper management determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Review and set up daily activities with our operations team.
• Set up next day schedules and activities with dispatch team.
• Tracked the working hours of the employees and submitted to HR.
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment.
• Able to manage our equipment with our dispatch team as well as our maintenance team.
