Vacancy: Custodian, 2nd Shift
Riverheads Elementary School
NATURE OF POSITION: Is responsible for cleaning and maintenance work of the building and performing tasks to assist in maintaining a clean and safe learning environment.
This position is salaried for 260 work days, 8 hours per shift. The salary is based upon the individual's experience as placed on the Augusta County Public School's Salary Structure. Actual salary, fringe benefits, contract terms and conditions of employment will be discussed in detail with the applicant.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:
- A High School diploma or GED equivalency is desired.
- Knowledge of general cleaning procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to approximately 25 pounds frequently and up to approximately 75 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work as a team member in accomplishing custodial duties.
- Demonstration of self-motivation and direction.
- Satisfactory work record and favorable references from previous employers.
