Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Professional and friendly demeanor
