For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $20.00-$25.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Counter Salesperson - Great opportunity to use your customer service skills and knowledge of millwork and building supplies to assist our customers in selecting materials, setting up deliveries and obtaining quotes/lead times.

Counter Salesperson
Job Description
Counter Salesperson Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Provide exceptional service in person and over the phone.
- Process sales transactions and customer orders using the ERP system.
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate estimated arrival times.
- Obtain quotes and lead times from manufacturers and vendors.
- Manage order inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate sales and order records.
Qualifications

We Require
- Well spoken with a professional appearance.
- Familiarity of building supplies.
- Experience in sales of building materials and millwork preferred.
- Experience with CSD and CRM is a plus.
- Strong mathematical, language, computer and email skills.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
- Some weekend availability required.
