RiverFall Credit Union is seeking a Training & HR Support Specialist to support employee training, onboarding, internal communication, and day-to-day Human Resources operations. This position plays an important role in helping ensure employees receive consistent information, effective training, and professional onboarding experience.
A significant focus of this role is the preparation and delivery of group training, including new hire orientation, all-team training, and employee development meetings. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking in front of groups, preparing clear training materials, and presenting information in a professional, organized, and engaging manner.
This position also provides broad administrative support for the Human Resources function. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to assist with a wide variety of responsibilities that support employees, managers, candidates, and organizational initiatives.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Banking or Credit Union: 2 years (Preferred)
