- Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours, providing outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing guest requests and internal communications clearly and courteously.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain operational transparency.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues promptly.
