Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riverdale, GA, for a High School Volleyball Coach. Primary responsibilities include planning and conducting team practices, developing game strategies, providing technical and tactical coaching, and fostering sportsmanship and teamwork among players. The coach will oversee the development of players' skills, enforce safety guidelines, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with school and athletic program policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Volleyball and Coaching, with experience in training athletes and preparing them for competitive play
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead, mentor, and collaborate with student-athletes and staff
- Background in Education or experience in an educational environment is preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
