Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Partner with Quality and Operations teams to maintain product standards and resolve production issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Address staffing needs, attendance, and day-to-day workforce management
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Experience with production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and reporting tools
