Hospice Liaison

Rivercross Hospice is a locally owned, non-corporate Hospice. At Rivercross Hospice our goal is to work in conjunction with our facilities and families to provide the best end of life care to our patients. We currently have offices in Bartlesville, Tulsa and Pryor and service the communities surrounding those areas. We are looking for someone who wants to make an impact in their community and work with an amazing diverse clinical team.

Responsible for marketing, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources. This position is 100% in the field interfacing with care partners and families.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements marketing initiatives.
• Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
• Builds community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Rivercross Hospice as a high quality provider of services.
• Identifies opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Rivercross Hospice markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by Rivercross Hospice.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

• At least three (3) years experience in health care marketing preferably in hospice care operations.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates excellent communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
