Job Description: Serves as the educational leader of the junior high school campus, grades 6-8, with approximately 20 staff and 150 students. Provide positive leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Provide a clear vision of continuous improvement that promotes growth of self, staff, and students. Demonstrates knowledge of curriculum and instruction and has the ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness. Oversees compliance with district policies and manages the operation of all campus activities. Plan for and ensure student supervision and discipline to maintain a safe campus. Lead the recruitment, hiring, and placement of assigned staff.
Job Description
Qualifications Education/Certification:
- Master’s degree in educational administration
- Texas principal Certified
- Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS)
- Special Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate data driven decision-making of instructional programs
- Ability of evaluate instructional programs and teacher effectiveness
- Ability to implement policy and procedures
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Ability to coordinate campus functions
Salary : Pay: Based on experience 226 day contract
