Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Superintendent based in Orlando, FL. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with contractors, managing schedules, supervising site activities, conducting inspections, and addressing any arising issues to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organization skills, with experience in scheduling and supervising construction projects.
- Proficiency in managing on-site operations, including monitoring safety standards, conducting inspections, and collaborating with contractors.
- Ability to solve complex issues, maintain quality standards, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Previous experience in construction management is highly desirable.
