Position Overview

We’re seeking an Account Manager who is passionate about helping clients bring their ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers—whether in person, over the phone, or via email—and is committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions across our four core product areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry to final delivery
• Understand client needs through active listening, note-taking, and thoughtful questioning
• Recommend the best products and services (print, promo, apparel, signage) based on client goals, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate production, timelines, and quality control
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and project details
• Attend occasional client meetings or events to strengthen relationships and identify new business

• A customer-first mindset—willing to go above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Ability to listen actively, take detailed notes, and translate client needs into actionable solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-product environment
• Prior experience in printing, promotional products, apparel, or signage is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right candidate

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 years in a customer service, sales, or account management role (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with CRM systems or order management tools
• Basic understanding of design files, branding, or production processes (a bonus!)

Compensation and Benefits

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
