Riverbrook is looking for Per Diem Direct Care Relief Staff who would be available mostly for 3pm to 9pm shifts but also sometimes weekends. Job Summary:
Riverbrook provides quality care for all its residents. This includes daily living skills, good hygiene, community experiences, recreational and social activities, and employment. You would be trained 3pm to 9pm for two weeks working around your own schedule and then you would be called in when needed to see if you were available. You could also sign up for shifts that are open due to staff taking vacations, etc. Pay is $21 dollars during the week and $23 on weekends with the $2 differential.
Minimal Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Direct Care experience preferred but can train the right person
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Kind, calm, caring manner
- Valid driver's license & lives within 30 minutes of Stockbridge
- Willing to be CPR certified

- Provide compassionate care and support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toothbrushing, and occasional outings.
- Monitor and document residents' health and behavior, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
